Dieser Imager wird im Bereich der Z\u00fcchtung humaner Zellen verwendet und kann mittels Fluoreszenz lebende von toten Zellen unterscheiden. Der Probentr\u00e4ger wird dabei \u00fcber ein aufwendiges Spiegelsystem von einer CCD-Kamera erfasst. \u00dcber eine in den Strahlengang eingekoppelte Lichtquelle wird der Probentr\u00e4ger beleuchtet. Die spektrale Selektion zwischen Anregungslicht und Fluoreszenzlicht erfolgt mittels optischer Filter, die auf den jeweiligen Fluorophor abgestimmt in den Strahlengang eingefahren werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die besondere Herausforderung bei diesem Projekt lag in der Vermeidung von St\u00f6rfluoreszenz und der Vermeidung von Reflexen an im Strahlengang befindlichen Metallteilen, die ansonsten die Auswertung der Fluoreszenzbilder durch die Bildanalyse-Software erschweren.
