Diese Fluoreszenzeinheit dient neben einem sogenannten Bioreaktor als sensorisches Herzst\u00fcck eines mobilen Analyse-Ger\u00e4tes, welches zum Online-Monitoring coliformer Keime (Kolibakterien) in Trinkwasser eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Mittels einer gek\u00fchlten UV-LED und einer entsprechenden Freistrahl-Optik wurde Anregungslicht in den wassergef\u00fcllten Probenraum fokussiert. Sind dort fluoreszenz-gelabelte Stoffwechselprodukte der Keime vorhanden, tritt Fluoreszenz auf, die von der Optik des Moduls erfasst und zu einem hochempfindlichen Detektor geleitet wird. Die spektrale Selektion zwischen Anregungs- und Fluoreszenzlicht erfolgte mittels speziell entwickelter optischer Filter.
