Neben der Aufnahme der rotationsbedingten, hohen Fliehkr\u00e4fte galt es vor allem eine v\u00f6llige Dichtheit gegen\u00fcber Fl\u00fcssigkeitseintritt von au\u00dfen zu bewerkstelligen. Die Herausforderung bestand darin, die Dichtheit der Geh\u00e4use und der abgebildeten Schlauchverschraubungen bei stark wechselnden Temperaturbedingungen in Verbindung mit den unterschiedlichen W\u00e4rmeausdehnungen der beteiligten Materialien in den Griff zu bekommen. Dies konnte mit Standardverschraubung nicht hinreichend erreicht werden. An den Verschraubungen mussten erhebliche Modifikationen vorgenommen werden, um dann im Rahmen aufwendiger Tests unter Realbedingungen die Erf\u00fcllung der Dichtheitsanspr\u00fcche zeigen zu k\u00f6nnen. Eine weitere gro\u00dfe Herausforderung lag im Bereich der Wuchtigkeit derartiger schnell rotierenden Mess-Einheiten, da diese aus starrer Mechanik und mehr oder weniger beweglicher Komponenten, wie Elektronik und Verkabelungen bestehen, die durch die Fliehkr\u00e4fte drehzahlabh\u00e4ngig nach Au\u00dfen wandern und damit dynamische Unwuchtheit erzeugen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div
